20’ Pacific Yurt Fully Furnished Mini Split AC/heat and wood stove

thus 20’ pacific yurt was erected in 2021 and has all the bells and whistles. Winter insulation, windows and screens, wood floor, furniture, mini-split unit, wood stove, exterior gazebo. The yurt interior and heating and cooling was installed in 2023 with the intent to rent but plans have changed and we would like to sell and take a loss. We are open to purchase of the whole package or just certain parts of the yurt and furnishings if desired. Please reach out if you would like more info.
cost is negotiable here is what we paid in 2023:
Yurt:20,000
deck: 10,000, wire and wood railing $3,600
custom made local wood furnishings : $8,000
Brand new luxury sleeper sofa:$ 1,400
other furnishings: table, queen storage bed, table and chairs, coffee table. $5,000
gazebo: $1,400
